Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us before returning the product.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us of your return request.
Return Conditions
To qualify for an approved return, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging or other suitable protective packaging
- The product must be in substantially unchanged condition
- The product must not be used or otherwise deteriorated
TPG AB reserves the right to deduct compensation for any loss in value if the product:
- has been opened
- has been used
- has been damaged
- has otherwise deteriorated
Products that can no longer be resold in substantially unchanged condition will not be accepted.
Return Cost
Sweden
Return cost: SEK 129
The return cost is paid separately according to the instructions provided after the return request has been approved.
The cost includes:
- return shipping
- administration
- handling
International Returns
International return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Chemical Products & Opened Products
Chemical products may only be returned if they are unused and in substantially unchanged condition.
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used chemical products that can no longer be resold in substantially unchanged condition.
This also applies if the product did not meet personal preferences, expected results or individual experiences during use, provided that the product is not defective.
If you experience issues with use or results, we are of course happy to assist with guidance and troubleshooting.

If you believe that a product is defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered, we are happy to help.

For approved complaints, TPG AB covers the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase
- Return costs according to applicable terms are paid separately
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
Please note that your bank or payment provider may affect how quickly the refund appears in your account.
