How Subscriptions Work
When you choose to subscribe to a product, you agree to recurring deliveries according to the interval selected at the time of purchase.
The subscription renews automatically until it is paused or cancelled by you.
Payment is processed automatically using your selected payment method before each new delivery.
Payment
Payment for subscriptions is processed automatically before each delivery using the registered payment method.
If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or automatically cancelled.
TPG AB never stores card details.
Managing Your Subscription
You may at any time:
- change delivery intervals
- update payment details
- pause the subscription
- cancel the subscription
This can be done through your customer account or via the subscription link provided in connection with your subscription.
Subscription Changes & Cancellation
The subscription has no binding period.
To avoid the next subscription order being created or charged, any changes, pauses or cancellations must be made before the next scheduled payment or order generation according to your subscription schedule.
If a subscription order has already been created or processing has begun, it will be treated as a regular order and is subject to TPG AB’s standard Terms & Conditions.
Prices & Price Changes
Subscription pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
TPG AB reserves the right to adjust prices due to changed costs, product assortment changes or promotional campaigns.
Customers will be informed of any price changes before the next payment is processed.
Returns & Complaints
Subscription orders are subject to the same return, refund and complaint policies as regular purchases.
Opened or used chemical products are not covered by the right of withdrawal if they can no longer be resold in substantially unchanged condition.

Termination of Subscription
TPG AB reserves the right to pause or terminate subscriptions in cases of:
- failed payment
- technical errors
- suspected misuse or fraud
- if the product is discontinued from our assortment.
