Terms of Service (TPG AB)

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you visit, browse, or purchase from the online store operated by TPG AB (“TPG”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms, as well as our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and any other policy, these Terms apply unless stated otherwise.

2) Orders & Order Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided. The confirmation includes information about products, pricing, and delivery/billing details.
If you notice any errors, please contact us immediately at support@tpgab.se.
TPG AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or other improper activity.
3) Prices, VAT & Payment
All prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store and include VAT where applicable (e.g., 25% Swedish VAT), or Norwegian VAT (mva) for eligible purchases to Norway under VOEC (see Section 4).
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors, typing errors, and to adjust prices due to campaigns, supplier changes, or other circumstances.
Payments are handled securely by our payment providers (e.g., Nets and/or other integrated payment solutions such as Klarna, PayPal, Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
4) Shipping, Delivery & Norway (VOEC)
Shipping times, costs, carriers, and handling are described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Unclaimed packages: If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of 300 SEK may be charged for return shipping, handling, and administration. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unclaimed packages. The package must be collected first and then returned according to our return policy.
Deliveries outside the EU: Customers are responsible for customs duties and import fees, except for deliveries to Norway under VOEC.
Norway (VOEC): TPG AB is registered with VOEC (VAT On E-Commerce). This means Norwegian VAT (mva) is charged at checkout for eligible orders, and customs clearance is included in the shipping cost within VOEC limits for private customers in Norway.
5) Right of Withdrawal, Returns & Refunds
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Return conditions, fees (including 300 SEK return shipping), refund timelines, and exceptions are described in our Returns & Refund Policy. Products must be returned unused, in original condition, and in original packaging unless otherwise stated.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if the seal is broken (e.g., sealed hygiene and chemical products), or if other legal exceptions apply.
6) Complaints (Defective or Incorrect Items)
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact support@tpgab.se and include your order number and a description of the issue. Photos/video are recommended for faster handling.
Approved complaints are handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws. If a complaint is approved, TPG AB covers the return shipping cost.
7) Product Information, Use & Safety
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and guidance. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and lighting.
Our products are intended to be used according to the instructions provided on the website, label, and/or product pages. Many products are chemical-based cleaning agents; users are responsible for safe handling, proper dilution (if applicable), ventilation, protective equipment where recommended, and compliance with local rules.
TPG AB is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, incorrect application, use on unsuitable surfaces, failure to follow instructions/warnings, or use together with incompatible chemicals or materials.
8) Website Use, Intellectual Property & Content
All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, product names, images, videos, and design) is owned by or licensed to TPG AB and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content or trademarks without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt functionality, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
If the website allows reviews or user-generated content, you agree that you will not submit unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.
9) Marketing, Advertising, Cookies & Newsletters
We may use marketing channels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok to advertise and measure performance. This can involve the use of cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our website to understand site usage, improve our marketing, and show relevant ads.
Where required by law, tracking and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, managed via our cookie settings/banner.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we may send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. Even if you unsubscribe, we may still send non-marketing messages related to orders, shipping, and customer service.

10) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TPG AB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data, or other consequential damages.
We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, system outages, natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues, or governmental actions (“force majeure”).
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11) Changes to Terms
TPG AB may update these Terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are published on our website.
12) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms and all purchases are governed by Swedish law.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) (www.arn.se).
